Asparagus and French Beans au Papillote

with lemon rounds and fresh thyme


2 thin slices of fresh lemon
2 oz green beans
5 asparagus spears, peeled
olive oil
fresh thyme sprig
salt and pepper
1 piece of parchment paper- 10-inches square


Place the green beans and asparagus in the middle of the parchment paper. Top with the lemon rounds, olive oil, thyme and seasoning. Fold the paper over the vegetables and ends and to enclose completely (sealed pouch). Bake inside a pre-heated 375-degree oven for approx. 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
