Chilled Gazpacho Soup with sliced avocado

1 Litre of Clamato Juice
1 Litre Tomato Juice
½ tin diced canned tomatoes
1 jalapeno pepper chopped fine
1 red onion, chopped fine
1 large cucumber-seeded and chopped fine
3-4 cloves garlic minced
2 red peppers, diced small
2 yellow peppers, diced small
1 green zucchini diced small
1 yellow zucchini diced small
2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Juice from 3 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp. Worchester sauce
1 bunch chives, chopped fine
30 grams sliced avocado
1 piece of toasted bread
Olive oil for garnish


Combine all ingredients and marinate over night. Serve with toasted bread and sliced avocado
