Cobb Salad

with bacon, avocado, Tiger Blue cheese, roasted chicken, tomato and lettuce

Yield – 1 serving

Ingredients

60 grams diced grilled chicken (warmed)
60 grams diced warmed bacon
1 cup diced plum tomato
1 ½ cups shredded romaine lettuce
½ avocado- diced medium
45 grams crumbled blue cheese
1 ½ oz tarragon dressing

Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice from ½ lemon
1 -2 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
