Description

Ingredients

Herb Gnocchi:
2 lbs baking potatoes, unpeeled
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
1-1/2 cups AP flour
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. chopped fresh chervil
1 tsp. chopped chives1
tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chopped tarragon
1 oz shiitake mushrooms
1 oz oyster mushrooms
2 oz honey mushrooms
1 tbsp. butter clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 oz shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp truffle oil

Directions

Sauté the mushrooms and garlic in the butter until tender. Add the cooked gnocchi and plate. Top with the Parmesan Cheese, truffle oil and chive oil. Garnish with Fresh basil and serve
