Truffle Potato Chips

Truffled Chips with Sea Salt

Ingredients

2 cups deep fried Yukon Gold Potatoes, skin on
½ tsp. coarse salt
½ tbsp. chopped chives
½ tbsp. white truffle oil

Method

Toss the fried chips with the salt, oil and chives.
Serve.
