Goat Cheese and Prosciutto Flatbread Pizzette

Yield- 8 triangles


1 piece of baked Ready-made flatbread from your local supermarket (8-10” diameter)
1 tbsp. (14ml) of Tabasco Sauce
¾ cup (150 grams) goat cheese- softened
3 slices of Parma prosciutto
1 cup (150 grams) of chopped Arugula
1 ½ oz (30 grams) chopped fresh basil
Olive oil for drizzling


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.   Combine 1 tbsp. of Tabasco Sauce with goat cheese and spread evenly over flatbread. Lay the prosciutto slices across the flatbread. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in oven for 5 minutes. Add chopped arugula and basil. Cut into 8 even triangles and serve.
