Ingredients

2 lb loaf Egg Bread (challah)
10 whole eggs
8 egg yolks
1 litre 10% cream
1 litre 35% cream
2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 Litre Chopped tinned peaches- drained
1 cup chopped cranberries- fresh or dried
2 tbsp. vanilla
600 grams brown sugar
400 grams white chocolate

Directions

Cut the bread pieces into 1" cubes. Toast in the oven for approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Combine eggs, yolks, cream, cinnamon and sugar. Pour the cream and egg mixture over the toasted bread and mix thoroughly.

Add the peaches, cranberry and chopped chocolate. Pour into a shallow baking dish and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until set. Remove from heat and serve.
